As of February 1, 2023, the Aliso Viejo office will be closing, and we will only be offer VIRTUAL follow-up visits to existing patients via a telemedicine platform.

As we no longer maintain set office hours, you can reach by leaving a message on our exisiting phone which will be retrieved on a daily basis, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. 

Messages will not be retrieved on Wednesdays, weekends, or holidays, or during other periods indicated on the phone message as "office closed" dates.

For urgent matters, please contact your primary care physician or follow the instructions to reach the designated on-call provider during those more extended periods iwhen Dr. Bailey is not available as identified on the phone message.

Pharmacy requests are most efficiently handled via our electronic e-prescription link through Veradigm/Allscripts. 

Alternatively, pharmacies can contact us via the above fax number, but this choice may result in a more prolonged response time to such inquiries and requests.
